Mariana has been an integral part of Govig & Associates since joining the firm in November 2022, steadily expanding her responsibilities and organizational impact. She serves as Executive Administrator, providing dedicated support to the CEO while also supporting the broader Executive Team and key company initiatives. Managing complex professional and personal priorities—including calendars, appointments, confidential information, and day-to-day logistics—Mariana ensures operations run smoothly and leaders are positioned to focus on strategic goals. Her discretion, organization, and thoughtful attention to detail make her a trusted partner in the CEO’s operations.
Known for wearing many hats, Mariana contributes across multiple areas of the firm. In addition to executive support, she leads Govig’s marketing administration efforts, managing the company’s LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook presence to ensure alignment with the firm’s brand and culture. She also designs internal graphics and captures professional headshots and onboarding photos for new hires, helping create a welcoming and connected employee experience. Beyond marketing, Mariana provides valuable support to HR initiatives and operational projects, playing an important behind-the-scenes role in advancing companywide priorities.
Mariana is widely recognized for her reliability, adaptability, and collaborative spirit. She brings genuine care to everything she does, consistently looking for ways to support others and improve the experience of those around her. Her contributions to both operations and culture were recognized when she received Govig’s Be Human Award, honoring her compassion, teamwork, and people-first mindset.
