Miles is a focused and relationship-driven Executive Recruiter at Govig & Associates, committed to helping organizations secure the leadership talent they need for long-term success. With a background in collegiate athletics – both as a player and coach – Miles brings a competitive edge and team-first mindset to every search. He approaches recruitment with intention, blending strategy, collaboration, and a relentless drive to deliver results that extend far beyond the hire. After competing professionally, Miles spent a decade coaching Basketball at the collegiate level. His coaching experience sharpened his ability to assess talent, develop potential, and lead with intention – skills that now define his work with clients and candidates alike. Outside of the office, Miles gives back as a mentor with the Travis Manion Foundation and a volunteer at St. Mary’s Food Bank. Whether on the court, in the community, or at the search table, he is driven by a desire to reach his fullest potential and helping others reach theirs.
