With experience in talent acquisition and account management, along with founding her own swim instruction business, Lillian has developed a unique perspective rooted in both business insight and a genuine passion for helping others grow. Lillian’s background has instilled in her a deep appreciation for connection and resilience. Growing up in a large, close-knit family, she learned early on how to navigate fast-paced environments and build strong relationships with people from all walks of life—qualities that now define her professional approach. She thrives in dynamic settings and brings a thoughtful, adaptable mindset to everything she does.

Outside of work, Lillian is deeply committed to giving back and staying connected to her community. She has spent time volunteering in Hawaii supporting land restoration efforts following a volcanic eruption and has continued to share her passion for swimming by offering free lessons to children and adults both abroad and within her local community. She is also a dedicated advocate for animal rights and has maintained a vegetarian lifestyle for several years.
