Tommy brings a competitive, relationship-driven mindset to his role as a Recruiter at Govig & Associates. With a background in sports performance, sales, and entrepreneurship, he has built his career around helping people identify their goals, develop their strengths, and reach their potential. His experience working closely with athletes and families has taught him the value of listening, building trust, and understanding what motivates each individual—qualities he now brings to recruiting.
A former college baseball player and four-year team captain, Tommy understands the importance of discipline, accountability, and teamwork. His athletic career included Academic All-American recognition and awards for Sports Performance and Champion of Character, reflecting the balance of achievement and character that continues to shape his approach today.
Outside of work, Tommy enjoys playing and watching hockey, spending time on the golf course, and staying active. He also values giving back, having volunteered alongside his mom at her hospital and in a food kitchen supporting individuals experiencing homelessness. Whether competing, coaching, or building relationships, Tommy brings energy, consistency, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.
