OUR IMPACT

At Govig, our mission goes beyond executive search—we’re committed to creating impact in the communities where we live, work, and thrive.

On March 29th, 2025, members of our team proudly participated in the American Heart Association’s Phoenix Heart Walk at Wesley Bolin Memorial Plaza to raise awareness and critical funds for heart health.

This cause is close to our hearts—literally. Every year, more than 350,000 cardiac arrests happen outside of the hospital, and 90% of those cases are fatal, often due to the absence of bystander CPR. The Heart Walk is one way we can step up, show support, and help fund lifesaving research and education to change these statistics.

Thanks to the passion and generosity of our team, $225 was raised through individual contributions, and Govig matched those efforts with an additional $500, bringing our total impact to $725! But the impact didn’t stop there.

In the weeks leading up to the walk, we launched an internal Move More Challenge, encouraging team members to get active and prioritize their health. The challenge concluded with a fun and friendly competition, and our top mover took home a $150 prize for their efforts. It was an energizing reminder that small daily actions can lead to big changes—not only for ourselves but for the greater good.

The Govig Community Engagement Team was proud to organize our involvement, staying true to our belief that philanthropy should be personal, meaningful, and driven by the passions of our people. Whether walking, donating, or cheering from the sidelines, each step taken made a difference.

We’re grateful to everyone who participated and supported the cause, and we look forward to continuing our journey of giving back. Together, we’re not just making moves—we’re making an impact.
