Avery brings an energetic, relationship-focused mindset to her role as a Recruiter at Govig & Associates. With a background in sales, communication, and entrepreneurship, she has developed a natural ability to connect with people and build genuine relationships. Curious about what motivates others, Avery enjoys learning people’s stories and finding ways to create connections that can lead to meaningful opportunities.
Before joining Govig, Avery gained experience across several sales environments while earning her degree in Communication from Arizona State University. She also founded her own small business and held a leadership role within her sorority, experiences that helped strengthen her confidence, communication skills, and ability to connect with a wide range of personalities. As she continues to grow in executive recruiting, Avery brings enthusiasm, curiosity, and a genuine desire to learn to every interaction.
Outside of work, Avery is a self-described people magnet and animal lover. She enjoys hot yoga and sculpt, baking, discovering great food—especially sushi—and spending time with family and friends. She is also passionate about giving back through organizations including Starkey Hearing Foundation and Feed My Starving Children.
