Now serving as Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Brad leads internal recruiting efforts for Govig & Associates, focusing on identifying and attracting top talent to support the firm’s continued growth. Drawing on more than two decades of recruiting experience, he brings deep industry insight, thoughtful leadership, and a strong understanding of what makes individuals and teams successful at Govig. His transition into this role reflects both his proven expertise and his longstanding commitment to the company’s future.
While Brad is known for his lighthearted personality and famous Bagel Tuesdays, he is equally recognized for his dedication to excellence and follow-through. A CPA by background, he combines precision, strategic thinking, and market knowledge to build strong teams and lasting relationships.
