Nicole brings a natural curiosity and competitive spirit to executive recruiting, with a career built around understanding people, solving problems, and creating relationships that lead to meaningful results. With more than a decade of experience spanning technology sales, client engagement, and business development, Nicole has developed a strong ability to listen closely, understand complex needs, and build trust with decision-makers. She brings that same approach to recruiting, taking the time to understand not only what an organization needs today, but what will position it for success in the future. Her experience also includes mentoring and coaching colleagues, developing sales strategies, and partnering across teams to create better outcomes—qualities that continue to shape the way she works with clients and candidates.
Nicole is a multiple-time Circle of Excellence recipient and has consistently been recognized as a top-performing team member throughout her career. Just as important to her, however, is helping the people around her succeed. She enjoys sharing what she has learned, supporting teammates, and contributing to a culture where everyone has the opportunity to grow.
Outside of work, Nicole is a wife, mom of two, and proud dog mom to Hazel. An Arizona native who loves a little adventure, she enjoys hiking, yoga, cooking and baking, traveling, cheering from the sidelines at her kids’ activities, and tackling her next home project. Her curiosity extends well beyond her career—she studied religion in college and spent part of her time abroad living at a Buddhist temple in Japan, an experience that remains one of her favorite adventures. Whether she’s recruiting, parenting, exploring somewhere new, or gathering around a table with people she loves, Nicole believes the best experiences come from connecting with others, learning something new, and having a little fun along the way.
