Raised in an entrepreneurial family, TJ values hard work, perseverance, and innovation. His dual major in Entrepreneurship and Marketing at Saint Louis University, paired with his role as captain of the Division 1 Men’s Swim Team, further instilled his competitiveness and commitment to excellence in his professional achievements and his personal pursuits.

Outside the office, TJ is highly active especially spending time with his high school sweetheart wife, their two daughters, and their two Cavalier King Charles spaniels. TJ’s blend of professional dedication and personal warmth makes him a respected figure in the recruitment industry and a trusted mentor to those around him.
