Veronica began her journey with Govig in 2017 as an intern while completing her studies at Arizona State University. Over the years, she has become a foundational member of the team, known for wearing many hats and seamlessly supporting day-to-day operations. In her role as Executive Administrator & Human Resources, she supports Todd Govig and Hadley Gayles, manages internal communications, and oversees HR and payroll processes with thoughtfulness and precision.
She previously led internal hiring efforts as the Talent Acquisition Manager and has directly supported three of the firm’s top five sales professionals, earning a reputation for her efficiency, discretion, and genuine care for those around her. Passionate about helping others and increasing workplace effectiveness, she is especially motivated by opportunities to streamline communication, improve systems, and create environments where people feel safe, seen, and heard.
As leader of Govig’s Community Engagement Team, she fosters a grassroots approach to philanthropy – helping colleagues identify causes that align with their personal values and advocating for organizational support of those efforts.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, gardening, traveling, and playing video games.
