Will brings a competitive spirit and a genuine passion for connecting with people to his role as a Recruiter at Govig & Associates. His diverse background across financial services, management, customer service, and professional athletics has shaped a versatile approach to building relationships and understanding what drives people to succeed. His time in financial services strengthened his ability to listen closely, navigate complex needs, and find effective solutions, while his experience as a professional basketball player in the Middle East taught him the value of discipline, resilience, and working toward a common goal. Those experiences now come together in his recruiting career, where he enjoys helping clients and candidates find opportunities that are the right fit.
Outside of work, Will’s competitive nature gives way to a love of the outdoors and a few very specific areas of expertise: Star Wars and Batman. He enjoys getting outside whenever he can and considers himself a dedicated connoisseur of both galaxies far, far away and Gotham City. His commitment to community is just as strong, with years of volunteering through Boys & Girls Clubs and Feed My Starving Children.
