Is Govig The Right Fit for You?

Finding the right fit for our candidates and clients starts with finding the right fit for our team.

Provide the highest-quality executive services nationwide and positively change lives every day.

Simply put, our top employees have created Evergreen careers where they can leverage their time, knowledge, and tenure to maximize their jobs and build financial security, leading to economic independence for their families.

Saddle Up:

You can call it grit, perseverance, or indomitable spirit. Whatever you call it, people with this trait do not give up — ever. They get knocked down like everyone else, but they dust themselves off and Saddle Back Up to continue their journey.

Be Human:

Our business is fundamentally about one thing: building relationships. To do that, you have to build trust with people. The best way to create that is by operating with authenticity and sincerity.

Dolphins Not Sharks:

Dolphins use the power of teamwork and communication in their pods to achieve more. Like dolphins, we are strategic, agile, smart, and fast. We face the sharks in our waters head-on without fear because we know our team has our back.

By living and breathing by these principles, we can better serve our clients, candidates, and each other. Govig employees are positioned for long-term career success. We reward hard work and support our team in their career growth.

If this sounds like something you’re interested in, we invite you to join us for a challenging and rewarding career with Govig & Associates.
